ToolBox HR was created as a resource for Human Resources, HR, Recruiting, and Talent Management professionals who are looking for foundational social media concepts and basics to get started.  As I traveled from conference to conference and worked with clients, I found that there was a ever-growing knowledge gap between those who had advanced social media knowledge and those who were getting started.  I found it funny that many social media experts choose to hoard the knowledge keeping it to themselves when most of the information is available on the internet, only a quick Google search away.
