LinkedIn has added a number of new features over the last 6 months, one of them being the Company Profile option.  Companies can customize their own LinkedIn profile to promote openings, build brand, and establish relationships with passive and active job seekers.  One of my favorite LinkedIn Company Profiles is AT&T.  Their profile is totally customizable to the user.  Job postings and employee testimonials are based on the keywords in the visitor’s own LinkedIn profile.
