How to Write an HR Blog in WordPress

HR blogger, HR blogs, wordpress blogs hr, human resource bloggerWordPress is the most popular blogging platform.  It’s very intuitive and easy to use.  If you are using the free WordPress site, your blog post options will look slightly different but posting a blog will be the same.  If you have a self-hosted blog (like mine) you will have greater options for customization by changing blog templates and adding addition plugins to your blog.  Other blogging platforms that you may be familiar with include Blogspot and Typepad.

In general I recommend that blogs are between 250-600 words.  These are short bursts of information that provide value to your reading audience.  Blogs are much shorter than traditional journalism pieces.  For bloggers, I think this is a clear advantage.
